Excellent hotel. Very good English spoken by the helpful, friendly and informed staff. Good breakfast buffet with a wide choice of dishes, both Western and Eastern. Clean, comfy and sound-proof rooms. Maybe the most comfortable hotel beds in China - after 13 years here, I should know about beds in local hotels ;-. Great location: Literally across the road from the subway, several Western restaurants and fast food joints like KFC, Burger King, Elements Fresh and sadly, those "golden" arches. Two blocks from one of the many lakes. From the lobby, one flight down by elevator you have arguably two of the three best Western pubs in Suzhou. Do try The Camel Pub. Good selection of drinks and an excellent array of pub food. Great prices too. Stay away from the hotels indoor restaurant for lunch or dinner, though. Overpriced, bland and rather stodgy food.[2019-04-17 23:30]

酒店还不错，离星海广场地铁站及星海商业区很近，坐地铁去金鸡湖也很方便。入住的1901至尊房，房间很大。

这个价格的酒店、设备和服务稍显逊色了。 地理位置不错、离金鸡湖还算近。酒店交通便利、楼下就是地铁。
